
For beginners, we have created short video tutorials for all modules of the gFM-Business ERP software. Each video explains all the components of the module and provides tips on how to use them.
Video tutorial for the [Correspondence - Documents] module
In the module "Correspondence" contains all documents, templates and emails saved in the software. The "Documents" submodule contains all letters and emails that have been created with gFM Business to date.
Documents can be created with automatic actions which are automatically created when the document is printed.
In the "e-mail", mail-specific data such as the dispatch type, the data format, the sending address and a HTML template can be stored for graphic e-mails.
In the "File attachments", any number of files can be attached to the document, which are also taken into account when sending the mail.
The register "Events" contains the event log of the document called up.

The module "Emails" contains a list of all received emails. Filter the list in the "Account" field according to a mail account or in the "Search" field according to a search term.
In the tab [Address book] contains all the addresses saved in the e-mail module.
Open the e-mail module by clicking on the Mail] icon in the toolbar. You can also set up new e-mail accounts for sending and receiving e-mails there.

In this module you will find all the templates that you can use to create new documents.

In the customer module, use the functions [Scan document] and [Archive file] to save documents for a customer.
