Moin Moin,

On all screens in gFM-Business there are favorites buttons for the most frequently used functions in the lower function bar. These favorites buttons can be defined separately for each screen and each user in order to display the most frequently used functions for each user.

In gFM-Business, favorites buttons can be defined in two masks:

[Settings > Appearance > Buttons] - The default settings to be used when creating a new user are defined on this screen. The buttons defined here do not affect the display.

[Settings > User > Buttons] - The buttons defined in this screen have an effect on the corresponding user in the display. All buttons can be defined separately for each user, whereby the user can be switched in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Greetings from Kirchhatten
