Coming soon: Order proposals for items with a minimum stock level below the minimum stock level

The upcoming version of the gFM-Business ERP software will contain an extended list of all items in the main menu under the [Stock] tab for which the specified minimum stock level has not been reached. A new feature is that an order quantity can be marked directly in this list for each item. Clicking on the arrow symbol in the left-hand column of each entry opens a popover window in which all suppliers of the article are listed. The quantity for a future order can be entered directly with the desired supplier. 

In the upcoming version, the [Stock] tab will also include the option to create collective orders for all items with entered reserved quantities from the corresponding suppliers. Clicking on the [Create orders] button opens a popover window in which all suppliers for which order quantities have been entered in articles are listed. In this list, it is possible to create purchase orders either for all or only for certain selected suppliers.

The values in the [Stock] list in columns [V] - [Z] - [B] - [M] show the following data at a glance:

VReserved quantity for order(s)

ZQuantity in the inflow (from generated orders that have not yet been posted)

B: Current stock

MMinimum stock

Click on an entry to open the corresponding article in the article management. The color coding of the function button in the left-hand column means:

BlueReady to enter a reserved quantity, no data entered yet

YellowQuantity for order has been entered, order not yet created

Green: Quantity for order has been entered and order created

RedQuantity for order was entered and order created, minimum stock level still exceeded afterwards

The extended [Stock] tab now contains all data on stock, minimum stock and inflow at a glance and enables the automatic generation of purchase orders for all items below the minimum stock level.
