Today I had a query as to how the route planner can be called up within gFM-Business merchandise management. It's quite simple:
Under [Customers > Addresses > Routes] on the distance field for the desired route [x km] and a popover with the route planner will open. Google's route planner is displayed in the first screen. In the function bar at the bottom of the popover, you can switch between flight ticket and train ticket, or alternatively add an entry in the logbook if the route was taken by car.
