under [Settings > User > Main menu] you can assign authorizations for the visibility of modules and menu items for each user. To avoid having to do this twice for each individual user, the authorizations can be transferred from one user to another.
There is a function button at the top right of the screen that displays a small popover dialog. In the first field, select [by user] the source user and in the second field [to user] to select the target user. After confirming the dialog, the permissions of the first user are transferred to the second user.
