From the next update to gFM-Business 6.2, we will integrate a cash book into the billing module in gFM-Business Basic and Free. Define your posting accounts as in gFM-Business Professional under [Settings > Preferences]. In CRM, you can enter a debtor and creditor account for each contact.
In the future version, invoices and credit notes will be automatically entered as a posting record in the cashbook if all corresponding posting accounts have been specified in the settings. The postings from the cash book can then be exported as a DATEV file once a month, for example, and transferred to a tax consultant or processed further in accounting software.
The upcoming update to gFM Business 6.2 is free of charge for all users of the current version 6.x and is expected to be released in October 2022.
