[Solved] Data transfer when switching from Free to Pro version

Hello Gofilemaker team!

I have been using the freeware version for one of my companies for a long time, which I only registered at some point, it is also a version that is 2-3 years older. If I now switch to a Pro version, can I transfer this data from this old version?

Hello,

Yes, you can also transfer the data from gFM-Business free to a new version of gFM-Business Professional. When transferring data, select the option [Free/Basic] from.

If you are working with several clients, you must still assign the imported data to the client if the data belongs to a client other than the standard client (1). The best way to do this is to use the FileMaker function [Replace field content] from the FileMaker menu bar.
