Hello Gofilemaker team!
I am interested in Gfm-Business merchandise management, but for organizational reasons I have a few other FileMaker databases running. These would have to process document data from orders, invoices and credit notes from Gfm-Business, for example. Hence my question, is it possible to export data from Gfm-Business for other programs? Which data can be exported?

Hello Mr. Müller,
Even though gFM-Business has an export function for all visible data in every screen, it would probably be best for you to simply link the gFM-Business databases directly to your FileMaker databases. To do this, go to the definition of data sources in FileMaker and enter the desired FileMaker file from gFM-Business (e.g. "gFMw_Faktura") as an external data source. Provided you have the appropriate user account, you can then use the data from gFM Business directly in your external FileMaker databases.

Hello Mr. Schall,
That's a great thing, I've just tried it out. If I create the user of my other solution in gFM-Business, I can actually use the database as an external data source and use the data directly in my other FileMaker solution.
