Coming soon: gFM business ERP software with OpenAI ChatGPT

The upcoming version 7 of the gFM Business ERP software, which will be released in November 2023, includes solution-wide support for OpenAI ChatGPT for the automatic generation of any text and AI-generated documents. AI-generated texts can be inserted into any field in the entire ERP software at the touch of a button.

Create any texts, documentation, documents such as application acceptances or rejections or AI-generated article descriptions for your online store with unique content automatically and AI-supported.

The following document types for AI-supported texts are supplied as standard:

• Article description (AI text in article management)
• Application rejection (AI document in the correspondence module)
• Application acceptance (AI document in the correspondence module)
• Letter (AI document in the correspondence module)
• Documentation (AI document in the correspondence module)
• Documentation (AI text in contact and project management)
• Invitation (AI document in the correspondence module)
• Explanation (AI text in the contact management module)
• Confirmation of appointment (AI document in the correspondence module)

Define any additional dialog queries for AI-supported documents or texts in the program settings and assign them to a module. The AI text is then available as a selection in the respective module and can simply be called up and executed in the toolbar using the [AI text] icon.
